Here's a playthrough of the Super Famicom version of Super R-Type. I heard that there were some slight differences in this one when compared to the USA release for the Super Nintendo. This is a first-time spin, so let's find out!

Spoiler Alert: There are differences early on, but the rest of the game afterwards remains the same (for those that don't want to watch through the whole video). I do manage to complete the game straight through though on Normal mode in the process.
