Publisher Bandai Namco and developer B.B. Studio have announced a collaboration between Super Robot Wars 30 and Super Robot Wars DD, which will see the original protagonists and mecha from each game crossover.

Super Robot Wars DD original protagonist Dido and his mecha form Didarion will join Super Robot Wars 30 as playable characters via a free update that adds the area mission “Dimension Diver” (through which Dido joins) in December.

And Super Robot Wars 30 original protagonist Edge Sainklaus and his mecha Huckebein 30 will join Super Robot Wars DD as playable characters “in the coming days.”

Super Robot Wars 30 is available now for PlayStation 4 and Switch in Japan and Asia with English subtitles, and for PC via Steam worldwide.

Super Robot Wars DD is available for iOS via App Store and Android via Google Play in Japan.
