Victory Condition is to Defeat All Enemies Without Reaching 1st Enemy Phase (there are 3 enemies)

For this map you have Joe (Tobikage), Reny (Houraiou) and Damian (Kuroshishi) from Ninja Warrior Tobikage. The enemies are plain mooks from Tobikage.

You know you can combine Tobikage with Houraiou and Kuroshishi, but you may not in which order to combine in to not use up action, which is what I miss looked myself.

For tactic, you must land Tobikage "飛影" down to ground with 地上 (Chiue above ground), move him to the rocks on the left next to Reny "レニー" (Houraiou 鳳雷鷹) and attack the Banks "バンクス" with Makibishi Launcher (Makibishi Rancha- マキピシランチャー). Next Combine "合体" the Houraiou with Tobikage and move all the way to the right and shoot down the upper Banks with Sky Demon Assault (Kuuma Totsugeki 空魔・突撃). Next combine Kuroshishi with the Tobikage and use Ninja Edge (Ninjatou 忍者刀) on the last Banks to shoot it down.
