Here's part 1 of the final boss from the recently translated Super Robot Wars W for the DS. The first face focuses on defeating the Scientia, the core of the Databases fortress, a mech that also killed the main character's father.

This is pretty fun and can be tricky, especially if you didn't bing enough flying units. Besides the big boss, the are many OG enemies of the Database to deal with, and they will respawn if you kill to many of them.
