Today, we're counting down the most powerful pummels (grab attacks) in Super Smash Bros. 4. The ranking is based on how much damage the pummels deal before the opponent can free himself.

Here are some important information regarding the list:

- The Mii Fighter that was hit by the attacks did nothing to end them
- Mii characters that used their pummels had default weight and height
- All attacks were used fresh and had no influence of rage (rage doesn't exist in Training Mode)
- Monado Kirby and Final Smash transformations were excluded since they require outside help
