Super Sonic in Sonic CD | Mod Preview #3 |
5,049Update time again! I've gotten a few things in and did some bug fixing so here's the changelog for this video:
-Both the JP and US soundtracks have Super themes with a big thank you to PimpUigi for editing and setting up loop points!
-The dreaded water bug has been fixed which means that normal Sonic and Tails move like they should underwater.
-A palette switcher finally exists in the settings menu, which Megami let me use the files from their Fixed Decomp Menu mod as a base!
-Chibi Super Sonic/Tails now function as they should, plus both have a .ani file so you can add sprites to whichever you want!
-A WIP Super/Miracle transformation message appears at the end of the special stages but doesn't fully function yet which is why it's not shown here.
-A way to play as Super Sonic/Tails from the start has been added to the Sound Test. Sonic is 8, 8, while Tails would be 9, 9.
-A special thanks to Orbyy and AaronKasarion for helping out with Super Sonic's sprites! Another huge thanks goes to Mr. Htuber for sprites from their sprite sheet helping finish up Super Sonic's remaining animations! -Super Sparks have been backported from Sonic 2 with a lot of help from Leonx254!
