The character enhancement texture pack has the effect of strengthening the character ( the character becomes more muscular ) and the effect of clothing texture,please consider using it.

So far, I have processed nearly half of the textures of the characters and various special effects. Now facing the problem that the final texture pack will be too huge, mainly because the characters have too many costumes. All 35 characters originally have two sets of costumes, some can have three sets, and each set of costumes has 10 colors, the number of texture is too many,it is estimated that the texture pack will reach 20G.It is unreasonable and inconvenient.
Final came up with a solution,without lowering the quality of the textures.Some of the same sytle with different colour clothing textures are not upscaled
Roughly as follows:
Textures upscaled
Ryu's costumes ( normal + alternative 1&2 ) all colours
Ken's costumes ( normal ) all colours,
(alternative 1&2 ) colour 1&2 only
Other characters ( normal, alternative 1/ alternative 1+2 ) colour 1& 2 only
Remove dithering noise
For US version :

After using it, there is not much difference in the graphics,which effectively eliminates the serious stuttering when loading the game. It is not recommended to use the 60 frame patch, it will only be abnormally fast, The correct way is to turn off the 3D display in this game option to unlock 60 fps
