Notes: This run does not use the Date/Time cheat to progress moon cycles, I grab the Moon Grotto key instead to keep everything legit. I believe starting the game with the "waxing gibbous" moon cycle is the fastest route, as it gets you into the Bright Moon and Dark Moon phases quicker. If you are fast enough exiting with the Megatome you can avoid the encounter halfway through the exit sequence. If you spam attack right after a shield QTE during a warrior fight, you can skip his attack animation and attack him quicker. Clicking on the exit transition to another screen is faster than any other movement method. Getting hit during the Trigon fights does not matter, as the amount of projectiles is the same regardless of if you bounce them back.
