Supernova Hero "Boiler" Dakka Build - Mechwarrior Online The Daily Dose #139
476Today we I have a really good build for the Supernova Hero "Boiler" for you. The Boiler is the only variant that can take ballistic weapons and therefore I stuffed 2 Ultra AC10s and 2 Large Pulse Lasers in it. This gives you a decent firepower with a very good heat management from the ballistics.
You basically fight on mid-range and serve the role as an Assault Mech damage dealer. However, try to stick to your team to step forward when needed and share some armor with your friends. The amazing heat management of the UAC10s let you stay in the fight for quite a long time. The only trouble that I had with this is when both Autocannons jam at the same time. Then you are basically down to 2 Large Pulse Lasers which is just not enough to sustain a brawl.
