UBCD has been heavily modified. It's included in a new xUtility section of the superUSB. The tools from UBCD are outdated and mostly useless, but it's relatively easy and fun to add your own applications and ISO within itself is also possible, making it an ISO within an ISO. A lot of things were used to build superUSB, so UBCD has more usefulness to it that as a tool. It's a good learning source as well.
Sergei Strelec's WinPE is a bootable DVD tool kit. It has many tools that can be useful for maintaining a windows computer, but it's a little over-rated for what it can do that a huge 4.7GB ISO size. Nonetheless, some of its tools can be very useful under certain situation.
