As cheesy as that sounds, I can say I have surpassed what my father did two decades ago when he was alive and this is proof of that. I have cooked BARBECUE!!!!

As you saw earlier, I added some seasoning and the sauce to the slabs of beef, gave it 12 hours of marinade and afterwards, I cooked them in under 5 hours (if grilled, would've been 8) under a slow roast, adding sauce and water ever so often. I added those hot dogs just to add more to choose from.
