Obviously I'm just poking fun at my internet troubles with this video, but if you want the rest of the story, keep reading!

So I've been having trouble with my internet for the past, oh... couple months? I've contacted Comcast numerous times, they sent a technician (which helped a bit) and charged me $60 for the visit; however, a short while later the problem persisted, so I contested the charge and, due to amazing customer service... got 50% knocked off!

So I paid $30, have contacted support multiple times since, and the problem continues to persist. As you can see from this video, my friend and I have tried to play solid, consistent matches of Splinter Cell Blacklist, but unfortunately that has been quite a challenge!
