Swap Cancel Trick on Console - Destiny 2 Season of Opulence
178I think this has been in the game for a while. I’ve done it by accident and you probably have too. You’ve done a version of it if you cancel your reload animations. Either way, it gives you instant swaps on most guns, with a few exceptions.
To do this trick it did take a lot of practice. You can go from aiming and even shooting one weapon instantly to aiming and shooting another. I tried many weapons. Exceptions are Heavies and Scouts, and you can’t do it while in the air or sliding.
