Part 11 - Sub plot #1 - Part 4

Difficulty:
- Jackpot cup: **1/2 (It's not hard to win...but you do need to get at least -2 to win.)
- Defeating Billy: **1/2 (Billy can either be hard or easy to beat, yes his range is higher, but he's not too bad.)
- Desert Course: **** (This is a pretty tough course...but not too bad if you can handle it...the Forest course in part 6 is still way harder than this).

In this part, we take on the last 9 courses of the Jackpot cup. Is there a sudden change in Billy here?
