Switch Starlink: Battle for Atlas DDE G13, 1P gameplay, Upgrading Eli Arborwood's Refinary!
Continuing where I left off at Glimmer City, I gain access into one of the buildings to find the piece of equipment Eli Arborwood needs to upgrade his refinery. Vid timeline:
(0:00) Main Campaign: Digging Deep.
Pick up the ore processor.
Deliver the processor to the Arbor Refinery.
After defeating that large Fire Cyclops and repairing the damaged Propector units, I enter a building to recover the Ore Processor. It is an item described as belonging to the Electrum Rush era.
I'm thinking the Warden Mod Equinox upgrade that I recently did, under the Expeditionary Section, reveals all planetary locations that are related to the Electrum Rush era, regardless if they contain an item for pick up or not.
(15:53) Main Campaign: The Key to Everything.
Purchase the "Warden Cipher" Equinox Upgrade.
An unexpected Outlaw attack at Prospector units near Eli's refinery, causes me to drop the Ore Processor to go to their aid.
After the fight, I failed to immediately noticed that the processor had disappeared and reappeared back at Glimmer City.
Thus, it appears that one of Starlink's game mechanics is for the re-spawning of critical items back to their place of origin, should one leave one dropped for a certien amount of time.
