Switch Starlink: Battle for Atlas DDE G28, 1P gameplay, Focusing on Legion Extractors & Imp Hives.
I go on, on my one accord, focusing on Legion Extractors before going towards the Imp Hives. The latter giving me much trouble. Vid time.
(0:00) Miner vs Outlaws. En route to Extractor.
On my way towards the first Extractor, I ran into a skirmish and I promptly assist the miners from pesky Outlaws.
(2:41) Engaging first Extractor.
I take on the first, who's protected by Nodes.
(10:15) En route to second Extractor.
En route towards the second I scanned some animals and got mixed up in an Outlaw vs Legion confrontation.
(15:57) Engaging second Extractor.
Second Extractor takedown. Protected by Ice Giants.
(23:30) En route to the Refinery. Cores/Corrupted Nova delivery.
Getting the goods. My Nova reserve gets pushed to 9 after delivering the 2 Extractor Cores to the Refinery.
(27:15) En route to first Imp Hive.
(30:01) Engaging first Imp Hive.
I engaged the first Imp Hive protected by Obelisks. Despite taking out the Hive, I am unable to figure out how to deal with the defenses.
(40:06) Engaging second Imp Hive.
You see, the reason why the Obelisks gave me such trouble, is because I came in with the mentality that they are to be dealt with like Outlaw Fortifications. I such cases, a separate Power Cell is responsible for maintaining the connected turrets in operation.
Thus, it didn't occured to me that the case of the Imp Have defenses, the Power Cell would be mounted on the Obelisks themselves.
(47:01) Returning to the Refinery.
I bring an Obelisk Power Cell back to the Refinery, thinking I could suck the energy out of it by using that Power "Battery" device I found earlier next to the building. But it wasn't there anymore.
