Mission focusing on clearing a single Outlaw Fortification stronghold. I discovered that the turrets where deadlier than those encountered before. Vid timeline:

(0:00) Assist Refinery. Repelling Outlaw attack.

Legion Obelisk info and assisting Ethereal Refinery. Outlaw attack destroyed.

While on this Refinery, I discovered an Energy Cell device capable of "draining the Legion". Couldn't figure out the purpose of the device at this time.

(6:45) Prospector Mission. Blowing a Fuse: Disable the turrets and deactivate the Outlaw Power Cell.

I leave the strange Powe Cell behind an focused on the Ethereal Refinery alien Prospector assigned task.

The Outlaw Fortification turrets are getting together to handle, with fast recharging shields, requiring me to do the bouncing trick more than once now.

Taking Power Cell and Outlaw stash items. Delivery items runs from there to Ethereal Refinery.

After removing the turrets, which can be quite a lethal danger to civilians, I concentrated on grabbing as much as I could from the site, including the Outlaws's main Salvage stash, to trade with the Prospector. Once the items on that stash where collected, the location became displayed as clear on the main map.
