A speedrun of Tetris Effect's Journey Mode on Expert difficulty.

In this the main mode of the game, players will need to clear a certain amount of lines in each stage of each area in order to advance to the next stage/area of the game. The Speed Level of the game will change throughout, often speeding up or slowing down to throw off the players. There is also a Zone mechanic (only used in high score runs and not speedruns) where you fill up a meter on the bottom left side by clearing lines and is activated by pressing either ZL or ZR (or whatever button you map it to). Lines cleared while Zone is being used do not count towards the number of lines needed to clear the stages/areas. On Expert mode, you need to clear 48 lines to get through each area instead of the 36 for Normal. The overall game speed is also much faster.

Sometimes it's hard to deal with the high gravity speed that some areas present. Thankfully with SRS, you have lots of different rotations and kicks to be able to get pieces over to places that wouldn't be possible otherwise. Enjoy!
