In this part, we clear the 8th dungeon of the game, Sword & Shield Maze.

The arena is a simple room with no gimmicks.

Medusa Head's Attacks:

Medusa Head's Lasers (30:15)
Medusa Head's Stone Orbs (30:03)
Medusa Head's Red Orbs (29:52)

Strategy: Once the fight begins, we can simply attack Medusa Head with our Sword to damage it, however it is fast. We can use the Roc's Cape to dodge it's lasers, and the Pegasus Seeds fired from the Hyper Slingshot to temporarily freeze Medusa Head in place. After enough damage we can claim the final Essence of Nature!
