Sword of the Berserk - Game Review [SnicketySlice]
In this review Snickety reviews the game that introduced Kentaro Miura’s phenomenal Berserk series to the West. It was released in Japan for the Dreamcast in 1999 and in the rest of the world the following year. It follows Guts (or Gatsu, as he is stupidly called in this translation) as he desperately searches for the cure to Casca’s insanity after her last encounter with Griffith. It takes place between volume 22 and 23 of the manga, and is an original story that may or may not be canon. So is this Dreamcast game a good introduction with the series? We find out in this video.
