Do you think they had all the Syberia games planned out, or do you think they made it up as they went?
The first Syberia did a great job setting up the player to slowly integrate into the steampunk-y surroundings, while the second one launches straight into puzzle-solving. It's like walking into Act Two without really knowing what happened beforehand. I don't need handholding, but let's build into the random PnC solutions, shall we?
I think the intention is to play the series as a singular game. Which surprises me even more than they never made some sort of epic Gran Syberia version. Actually, that's a good idea. Call me, guys!
