58Sylvester Stallone wanted the boxing scene to look so real that he instructed Dolph Lundgren to ACTUALLY hit him during the filming of Rocky IV. Dolph Lundgrens uppercut was so powerful that is broke a couple of Sylvester Stallone's ribs and cuased his heart to hit against his rib cage, putting him in the ICU for 9 days.
