With this trick, it should be passible to skip vast majority of tasks required to do on Engineering deck not to mention a decent chunk of Security (although this would be way faster done in bounds) and even with all of the resources required to perform it and slow pace - this should be significantly faster than going through cyberspace on Engineering deck, planting explosives on communication dishes, activating reactor destruct sequence and fighting Diego in Flight Deck.
