System Shock is a first-person action-adventure game with a bit of horror produced by Nightdive Studios and scheduled to arrive on August 31 this year, for PC, Linux, Mac, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game is a remake of the 1994 version, produced by Looking Glass Studios, and set in the year 2072, where you, a hacker, were caught trying to access the confidential files of Citadel Station, a space station run by TriOptimum Corporation. Being taken there and in the presence of a megacorporation executive, you receive an offer you cannot refuse: be cleared of all charges in exchange for your services. You must explore the entire station, infested with dangerous mutants and cyborgs, all with the aim of hacking SHODAN, a powerful and fearsome artificial intelligence that has taken control of the place.
