In this Twitch live stream, Brendan builds a .NET Core 3.0 WinForms application, running only in the system tray. It starts up a web server to host a web app of its own, so streaming software like OBS can show the pages as sources on the stream. In addition, we connect it to Twitch chat, so that the chat can control the color of an overlay during a stream.
