T-Mobile used to be the BEST when John Ledger was running the show. Also, I've heard that the "TPS" (third party store) outlets are not good per a flagship store manager. Just saying. Still, this was simply used as an excuse because the same crap happens at their main brick and mortar locations. After our previous experiences, I honestly don't even want a Samsung device anymore. We even have top notch models.

It's been a regular, even common and expected hassle to have mystery charges appear on our bills just after buying new smartphones with a purchase of service from T-Mobile. I don't have any patience left. The nonsense is not worth it anymore because their cellular service is not that good. My service even lousy at times. I should've stayed at BOOST because they're a professional and honest operation, in my opinion. Besides, any problems we had with Boost Mobile were always easily taken care of by their courteous team. There were never any billing disputes that took months to fix.
