Update: It's not crouching that makes you go fast, it's the shift key. I can't figure out how to replicate this without changing the keybindings as I did in this video, so I may have accidentally cheated.

Alright, so, crouching makes you go super fast, but you can't crouch run over the seams between rooms and slopes. Also, the big door switch can be pushed through the wall which skips like half of the game. I accidentally stopped the timer early, but the correct time is in the title.
