I'm not done with this game just yet, there's still one more ending to unlock. And for that, you'll need to go back to where it all started.
Remember the puzzles that you first solved at the beginning of the game, each of the solutions are laid out somewhere nearby in the environment. That is, except for one which shows a different shape from the puzzle. Change it over to unlock another secret area.

Here, you'll need to solve 9 puzzles each based off of the 9 main areas of the game. However, there are no puzzle elements shown on the board. Which means you'll have to go back to each area to find them within the environment.
Figuring out which puzzle element goes where on the board is only half the solution. So I'd recommend you get some graph paper and multi-coloured pens or pencils.
To make navigating between different areas easier, try solving the teleporter puzzle just outside. This'll help you get around the game's world quicker.

Once all 9 puzzles are solved, go back to the very first tile and watch what happens.
