Okay guys so here is my explanation and reaction to the news about Open IV being shut down yesterday on June 14th. Many people are worried and do not know what the future holds for GTA Modding. Here is my opinion on what I think about the whole situation and all of the claims of modding bans and the end of LSPDFR.
