Many methods to stopping Pluto. Some target Cerberus first while throwing Mahjong Tablets, some go on easy mode and spam Ougis and Hi-Ougis. I say we full out bash this prick of a final optional boss!
Shishisenretsuha is the only arte that can enable Cless to stun lock Pluto into a corner without having him interrupt with his many flying fireballs. He can teleport like the final boss can frequently making him extremely hard when combined with his protective yet dangerous flame shield. It's best to let two others take care of Cerberus. Dunno how his this strategy works on the PSP though, no spell animations = no more boss stun.
