Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition - Boss 4: Gattuso
And here's the infamous Noob Killer, Gattuso! This guy is known for being a tough one, and while it's not as difficult as most people remember it, it can pose a challenge to an unprepared player.
First off, it doesn't come alone, two Gattuso Cubs are there as well, and you want them to be gone ASAP. Don't be shy about using Over Limit to do that faster, no need to save it for later.
Once they are gone, you can start focusing your efforts on Gattuso itself, it's weak to Fire, so deactivate all of Rita's spells aside from Fireball to have her be as efficient as possible.
When Gattuso goes into Over Limit, set everyone to defend themselves and wait it out, you won't be able to do much to the boss in this state.
The Secret Mission requires using the Billybally flowers on the side of the battlefield to knock Gattuso down, to do that, they must be struck by any character or the boss itself, once that's done, the boss will temporarily be stunned, hit it again to knock it down and fulfill the Mission. That means you can't be stunned as well, and the boss can't be in Over Limit at this time.
Overall, this boss is a difficulty spike in the game, but with good use of Over Limit and a healthy supply of items, you'll be able to make it through.
