Available After: The Collector's Book has been halfway finished (a skit about that should trigger indicating that, in case you don't check manually, which in my case was this during Part 2's last dungeon: https://youtu.be/WBZGcxJFVpg?t=622).
Location: Aspio. Enter the library and head to the inn.
Requirements: Estelle and Rita in the party.
Deadline: After the group rests at Capua Nor.
A researcher wishes to have the Collector's Book, but Rita says NO.
WARNING: Several side quests are heavily dependent on this one part. If you skip this, you'll be very screwed and will have to redo the whole game again.
