No new game EX, Normal difficulty, forced fights only.

Finally a hard fight since Zagi, Barbos has some killer combos but he only uses them in close range apart from his laser attack which is slow and you can easily see coming, all his other attacks besides his jumping shockwave one can be avoided by free running to his side.

As with Gattuso the main problem in this fight are the multiple enemies, especially the mages so take the mages out as soon as you can, i'm not sure if you need to destroy those pillar things to prevent reinforcements because to tell the truth i never tried but it looked that way, if the pillars don't need to be destroyed then just go straight for the mages to make life simple.

This was the 1st fight in the game i set allies to use items freely on until Barbos was the only one alive.

No side quests
No Gald farming - Anything that gets you Gald that isn't from chests, selling or forced fights.
Forced fights only - There's no field enemy in the game that you must fight, optional forced fights must be avoided.
