This happened by accident at first, but it's really easy to do all over again. As you can see, I accidentally walked into the small space where two NPCs are meant to block before they were even loaded. Luckily I saved before this happened, otherwise, it'd be a mighty fine way to lose progress, had I not saved for a long time.

I thought quick saving, then quick loading would set me free, as I thought the NPCs would be unloaded for a second or so upon loading, but nope. However, if you pay off enough debt to get a skit from Nova about gaining access to a new area, you can get out of there, since the place reloads after the skit ends. Keep in mind that at this point, you can't quick jump to different areas, so it's almost like a soft-lock.

There's probably other places in the game (and maybe ToX) where this could happen. They should have made it so that at least the NPCs' collisions are loaded with the area or something, otherwise this wouldn't have happened.

So yeah, I just found this a bit amusing.
