Data log: I frequently monitor this citizen, and ponder how such can exist. This foolish creature will bring its own harm in seemingly every scenario, stumbling and fumbling about. Perhaps I could engineer limb stabilizers for it, to give it more balance over itself temporarily, but I believe I should ease off limb based projects for the near future.
