So after doing research on how to implement the next steps of my ugly baby code, I found out Stefan Tapper's python coding puts me to shame!
I quickly coded this AutoHotKey Script to help make patching this file this file easy.
This is my first Officially released AutoHotKey so it is my dirty ugly baby but it gets the job done.

AMD, tappi 287, and fholger - deserves the real credit for making an amazing file that we can now use in VR
The file is as he says in his readme a:
"Modified OpenVR DLL with AMD FidelityFX SuperResolution Upscaler
This modified openvr_api.dll allows you to apply FidelityFX SuperResolution upscaling to many SteamVR games, as long as they use D3D11."

08.25.2021 - I will probably not update my ugly baby code as tappi287's so so much better looking and more useful.
