This is another request that I got... actually I get this one often. It is especially challenging and painful for younger girls that are being bombarded by ridiculously extreme images of beauty.

What is needed is not a perfect body, the is not such thing. What is needed is a sense of one's own worth. Meridian Tapping is a way to get access to the BODY INNOCENCE that we all had when we were children.

There is no such thing as a little kid who is even self-conscious of theri body, let alone ashamed.
