0This video just shows a simple technique to reduce the first level time by 15 seconds RTA. You just crouch walk. This technique isn't used much in the run, but since a lot of the run is combat or vertical climbing, it's only useful in a few places. A run using this technique can probably save 20-30 seconds over the course of the run, for estimated RTA time of 14:30.
