Monke is scared of spoopy ghost :)

Pretty much the same deal as with Breathtaking View From Bridge, just gwk some more;
@Crackhex actually optimized the part until the sideflip for both stars, but their run (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6WivjDG0KI4) still has an outdated beginning, so that's -1f for free.
I then gain 7 frames on the gwk spot, and then another 5 up to the monkey grab on the slope. After that, I managed to squeeze one more frame out by placing Ukiki in a slightly better spot, letting him reach his final waypoint one frame earlier. I resynced the ghost at the grab to better show this.

There is probably more potential to save time, maybe by clipping into the mountain earlier somehow?
