[TCRF] Mega Man V/Rockman World 5 Unused Charge Shot Functionality

Since it's likely you're also seeing this not from TCRF, the video showcases that the Mega Buster's standard charge shot you see in the intro is also actually usable in all the other stages. What the game does is check the stage ID and check a specific flag for what charge shot type and what charge shot type graphics it should load, and then runs the relevant code; The only big notable change of the previous game's buster being used is during the intro, which has a special case for it.
When hacked into other stages, it has many odd behaviors that you might not expect, both due to it having removed features (it is used in a single cutscene after all) and sharing code with the later Mega Arm/Rock'n Arm the game does use in all other stages.
