At tempest super trampoline park we started showing Ashly how to backflip with the basic steps first. Did a couple new combos and filmed Michael do a backflip off the bar and grab back onto it, the amount of strength that requires is insane. Water bottles flips we're going off tonight so we had to join in with the Beau Bros! I don't know if what capron got counts. Then Jeremy super bounced Capron and ran underneath him while he did a double frontflip 180. Finally Ashly tries it on the super trampoline and just ends up folding on herself 2 times in a row! Finally she's gets around to her feet to end this video.
