It's time for a new recruit!

Anyway, Charlie (rather Nash, by Phantom.of.the.Server) isn't the best character styled like Charlie that I could've picked. Granted, I wanted to pick Carlos by N64Mario84, but decided not to when I realized that Charlie has AI.

Also, I took the name from the UDON Street Fighter Comics, where they've merged Charlie's American and Japanese names together, creating Charlie Nash.

That's really all I can think of right now. I'm saving the project in case anything goes haywire this time.
