Tech Mahindra-Satyam will have 75,000 employees, EBIDTA margin at $392 mn: CP Gurnani VIDEO
CP Gurnani, CEO, Mahindra Satyam speaks to NDTV Profit about its Q4 results, which were above estimates. "We have had 17.5% EBITDA in the previous quarter. That from a near debt experience to this kind of a performance," he adds. He also speaks about the merger with Tech Mahindra. He says that the revenue over the 12 month period of the combined entity is about $2.4 bn with an EBIDTA margin of about $392 million and 75,000 employees.
