Tekken can be strange sometimes! Why is this CH move not giving me a natural hit guaranteed?

I came to notice a slight unfairness in the character's moves and natural followups, I always thought Tekken frames were about calculations for getting guaranteed attacks and followups! I guess I was wrong.

If you try to take advantage of frames in this game it not always in your favor! As Kazuya's d/b+4 is +17 frames in a Counter Hit state, then any move with a lower frame rate than that should be able to connect naturally, but don't! No written rules in Tekken 7 but it might just be "fake" frames showing!

Too bad Kazuya, you're a cool guy but you do suck a bit sometimes, don't be salty!
