Temple of War - Pittsburgh, PA - Let's Play Necrodome (1996) Part 1
We begin this let's play of Necrodome by taking on the Temple of War, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Necrodome is one of the many shareware games I played back in the 90s, and also one of the few games of this era that doesn't appear on GOG.com. I originally planned on making a review for Necrodome, but I'll make a let's play instead. Mars himself glares down upon you from his metallic temple, set in grounds with classical features and high-tech defenses.
The Arena:
Throw down your sword and shield, hop into your raider and take on the followers of Mars in this classical arena. On a plateau of steel lie the remains of the temple to the God of War. Guarded by infantry and computer-targeted turrets, brute force and skill at driving are needed to retrieve this arena's flag.
The Goal:
The flag is located in the garden area of the upper temple, guarded and hidden. A pressure switch in the lower temple opens the massive door leading to the upper temple. Find and activate this switch; raid the upper temple to open the garden area and return to your starting position with the flag.
Good luck,... scum!
