Heavy tanks have been given to you in advanced. Train Tesla Troopers, and destroy all Prism Towers in the West. Once you destroy them, destroy every Allied unit while building Apocalypses. If the tanks get destroyed, forget about them. Just focus on destroying Allied units with your Apocalypses on the east. Wait! 8 minutes done, transport has arrived. Unlike in Red Alert, the transport will continously move so stay along with it. Once a curve has been done, 4 Twinblades will come to assist you. Build Kirovs and Twinblades with the Soviet squadron to help any Apocalypse that survived and destroy any offensive units.
The enemy has trained several infantry battalions and the transport cannot crush them all at once. Most of them are javelin soldiers, so watch out. Once the transport has passed through, the battlefield will be expanded showing a truckload of defenses. Don't worry though, MiGs will come and destroy them. Once they are destroyed:
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED COMRADE!!
