Tenkaichi of Cooking Presents: Tenkai Steak Stir Fry
Serving your palettes of hunger and inspiring your love of food, I bring you another meal that will hopefully inspire you to try this out for yourself.
First, for the steak stir fry, I suggest if it's frozen, make a sink full of warm water or simply defrost it by oven cooking it under 300 degrees, then continue cooking it through wok or skillet (works either way)
(Might be an extension of a previous meal I've done in a past video, if not..you'll like it either way)
To give it a nice and robust flavor, I suggest soy sauce, a bit of teriyaki and a bit of seasoning or steak rub to bring out the flavor.
For the vegetables, I used vegetable oil since it helps for flavoring, but either pepper or seasoned salt works well while cooking.
Stir both well, flipping both sides as best you can and do it for about 10-15 min before covering again at low heat for simmering.
Once done, merge and stir until meshed together. Goes great with rice, best served in bowls.
Total time: 55 minutes.
