Command lines to use:
Bindings=(Name="insert",Command="fov 71")
Bindings=(Name="pause",Command="fov 90")
You can also make a hotkey such as ctrl+insert like this:
Bindings=(Name="insert",Command="fov 71",Control=True)
Bindings=(Name="pause",Command="fov 90",Control=True)
Note: If you're using ShinraMetre, make sure to either choose different keybinds for changing your FoV or edit the keybinds for Shinra actions.
