Still Counts as One - Destroy the T-47 that occupies Pasadena.
This can be done only in Chapter 11. Ther's a T-47 roaming around. You can also find a Plasma Sniper Rifle in this chapter so i higly recommend you get it before starting this fight. Also there's a Side Quest to take a picture of this T-47 so be sure you got it before destroying it.
Fight itself is rather simple. Shoot its head and after few hits he will reboot exposing weak points on its shoulders. Shoot those for extra damage. After one or two such reboots he will start shooting missiles from time to time. Avoid those at all cost as even one can one shot you.
Remember to loot it after the fight.
