This a tutorial on how to grow glowing mushrooms in Terraria. Harvesting these mushrooms is a great way to keep up your supply of health restorative items, since they restore 50hp per use. If you didn't understand how to grow the glowing mushrooms from my commentary here is a list of what you need to do again.

1. Harvest mushroom seeds by smashing glowing mushrooms in the stone layer.
2. Clear out an area that you want to use for your mushrooms.
3. Make a layer of mud blocks as the ground.
4. Plant the glowing mushroom seeds in the mud.
5. Wait a while until the mud starts to turn blue (preferably until it has spread across all the mud.
6. Harvest the glowing mushrooms and they will regrow as long as the mud remains blue. :D.
